This is Polynesian's Grab-n-Go spot and meal plan spot. This is also a mobile order spot as well. So if you are staying at the Island Towers and want something from here to bring back, or if you are by the pool or coming back through, that would be a great concept...order your food, hit "I'm Here" and they call out your name and you get a message through the app it is ready.
I did this twice, once yesterday and today. Unfortunately both times this concept fell short. Yesterday, I ordered for my family and myself. While waiting, they literally handed my dinner to the wrong person. I thought maybe that person ordered a big meal as well but then I got the message it was completed. I spoke to a cast member and she stated that they got my name confused with someone else and closed out my order. She stated they are remaking it and it would be up in a few minutes. 25 minutes later I finally got our meals. Total time from the time I hit the "I'm Here" until I got our dinner was 40-45 minutes.
Today, we mobile ordered and it came up in 10 to 15 minutes, which was good. They handed me the bag in which it all looked in there. However, once we got back to our rooms across the resort, it was missing a meal. I called the WDW number, and after spending over 5 minutes on the phone, it was stated because it was a mobile order they cannot see it and credit it back to our meal plan. They stated I would have to come down to the front desk to talk with them in order to resolve it. In terms, go back across the resort in the rain to resolve this.
This place does have good, tasty, food for a quick service, but service and getting things done right and effiency needs improvement. If you order from here and it is a mobile order that you are taking back to your room, I would advise to check it thoroughly before leaving. It appears mobile orders are not tracked the system.

My 5-star rating is solely based on the morning flatbread. This breakfast pizza is seriously one of my favorite things to eat on Disney property. Very filling and only $10.59. Difficult to finish on my own but didn’t get full when it was split for two.
Recommend sitting outside if it isn’t too hot.

Have heard people talk about the stuffed french toast for years. Had a free day at Disney so decided on the trip over for breakfast.
Two of us got it and it was pretty disappointing. It was quite hard. So hard that the plastic utensils wouldn’t cut it well. Ended up having to pull it apart instead of cutting completely through it. Being so hard it wasn’t surprising that it was quite dry. The banana filling also didn’t have the best flavor in the world. Not sure if we got pieces that were cooked too long or maybe sat out for a while, but they really weren’t good.
The other in the party got the platter that had a bit of everything. It was much better. I tried a bite of potato and egg and they were good. Wished I got they instead.

Ceasar Salad is a 1/5 it use to be made fresh and is now pre packaged was told that it is the same dressing it just is no longer tossed by them it taste nothing like it use too. In my opinion it use to be one of the best salads now not worth it at all. On a more positive note still am a big fan of the meatballs and would recommend those.
