I have gluten and milk allergies and sensitivities and there was so much I could eat here! Items I could eat included steamed seafood (clams, mussels, shrimp) on the buffet, but also ribs, chicken, veggies, paella, fish, & fruit. Streamed crab is available with an extra fee. The restaurant provided a guide so I would know what I could eat as I went through the buffet line. They also offered for me to speak with the chef about my options. Gluten free rolls, vegan butter, and allergy friendly cookies are available upon request too. (The cookies are from a box and I didn't like them, but my husband did.) Overall I filled up and had a variety of options I usually don't have at many restaurants.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the service truly went above and beyond. A very special thank-you to Chef John, who took the time to personally make us special vegan-friendly dishes and ensured everything was handled with so much care. He was incredibly thoughtful and even used separate tongs to box up vegan desserts, which meant so much to us and made us feel completely comfortable and valued. This level of attention, kindness, and professionalism is exactly what makes Disney dining so magical. We truly appreciate the extra effort and care, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Cape May Café—especially if you have dietary needs! 🌱✨
