Great desserts, mediocre other food. Tomato bisque tastes like something generic out of a can with thickener added. Avoid it. Staff not responsive to concerns.

Came on a recommendation and it was totally worth it! The savoury food menu was good, though we skipped straight to the ice cream. The Kitchen Sink is a beast but really tasty. Staff are great and it's reasonably priced given it's location.

If you have a nut allergy there is no ice cream you can have here which is unusual for a Disney restaurant. When speaking to the manager Viviana about it she acted very weird and aggressive. Miss handled the whole situation, over talked us but when we asked questions she said we were talking over her. Very strange for a Disney cast member

Beaches and Cream Soda Shop is one of my all time favorite Disney restaurants. My emphasis has been dessert, but you can definitely order lunch and dinner food here, from hamburgers and chicken sandwiches to grilled cheese and salad. I believe they have the best desserts on Disney property at the most Disney-reasonable prices, with the average cost around $12. Reservations are hard to come by; you’ll find them easier late at night, and you definitely want to make them ASAP. They have a window where you can order as a walk up., but it’s more of a full experience if you die in tableside. The Kitchen Sink is crazy fun to order and watch it being dropped off at tables. We’ve never had wait staff that wasn’t courteous, prompt, and friendly. Let me sing the praises of the three scoop ice cream sundae, by far my favorite menu item.

EXTREMELY UNACCOMMODATING TO ALLERGIES. As of the day of this review, the manager and cook both stated nothing could be made peanut/nut and soy free in any way. That all menu desserts cannot be changed. PRIOR to this we were told by multiple disney staff that the accommodation could be made for any allergy and welcomed. This is on top of the horrendous waitreses we had that were clearly upset with us for asking questions. After years with disney, we have never been treated SO poorly and rudely. We would have appreciated some honesty before waiting 1 1/2 hours for our RESERVATION. Truly leaves a sour taste in our mouths. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES.
