I ordered a milkshake (which was excellent) but they only have paper straws. I had to ask for three different straws and NONE of them worked! I had to “eat” my milkshake with a spoon like a goddamned psycho. Like, honestly: who doesn’t offer plastic straws that are foolproof? Or at least, metallic ones? Worst milkshake-drinking experience. Not very magical.

The burger was worse than fast food chain quality but disney price. Manager took care of the burger bill, was nice to call us after and ended up refunding our whole bill as well. I would just recommend avoiding this place for food altogether. It’s also a soda shop place and they were out of nostalgia, Coca-Cola? The restaurant itself doesn’t live up to the supposed theme for being a soda shop. The floor at our table also had melted ice creams that wasn’t cleaned up before we sat down. @Disney this was the worst restaurant visit yet.

The Strawberry Shortcake was solid but they don’t have souvenir cups (they’re plain plastic) despite being advertised as such, and the souvenir milkshakes are super bland and not sweet enough, despite the normal ice cream being fine.

Must bring your kids here!
We had a reservation for 10:30 pm, and this place was still bumping with a great atmosphere with lots of people looking for a late-night or post-park snack.
The decoration is so cute. All the Disney paintings and colorful furniture.
To start, our waiter Brian from small town Ohio was extremely friendly.
We ordered a cookies and cream shake, and a mint shake. The shakes were both excellent, a cold temperature, consistency and appropriate thickness which is what I'm looking for when I have a milk shake.
For snacks/mains, we had the grilled cheese with bacon and a side of tomato bisque, and the chili and cheese tater tots. The grilled cheese was great, while the tomato bisque was relatively plain so excellent for dipping the grilled cheese. The chili and cheese tater tots had a great cheese sauce while not tasting too artifical, if that makes sense. The tots still maintained their crunch and consistency even when being under, mixed with the sauce so the bite was still good after some time.
Overall great comfort food. On the Disney resort culinary scale, I would rank this pretty highly.

The food was ok. The waiter, Thienau, was a little snarky, especially for Disney when trying to order dessert. I was very taken back. Simply asked for the brownie sundae and he questioned which one. I said the ala -mode on the bottom of the menu, at which point he waved the menu and says I told you there are two at the bottom. As a trainer, I would have expected to be as condescending. Wont be back.
