  Let me start by saying, I was apprehensive to make a dinner reservation based on other reviews, but my family was truly BLOWN AWAY! ✨ We were seated promptly at our reservation time and given a full overview of what we would be served, although we had a pretty good idea of what to expect based off of what we had read from other reviews. Our waiter was amazing and so tentative to us! Our appetizers came out quickly, and the princesses started to show up shortly after. We did see five princesses at our dinner, and they each took their time to autograph my oldest daughter’s autograph book and take photos with both of my children. They were all extremely kind, so beautiful, and were all in character! We were so impressed!! The main course did come out shortly after the appetizer, but we did not feel rushed at all. I did see that other people mentioned in their reviews that they felt rushed, and we did not have that feeling at all. This is a family style meal, but you can ask for more of anything that you would like, and my family did just that!! The desserts were all delicious, but I think my favorite was the rice pudding. I truly went into this expecting to pay only for the experience and be let down by the food, and I was blown away by the food and the experience. Although this was a very pricey dinner, I felt like it was more than worth the money to see the look on my daughter’s face every time she was greeted by a princess. If you’re at all apprehensive about making a reservation because of other people’s reviews on the food, don’t let that stop you!! This is such a great way to knock out a bunch of character experiences at once!

  el lugar es divino, o sea, es disney. ambientación, personajes, 10/10. ahora, se me hace incómodo el tema de la comida. no hay un menú, te traen el único plato que tienen que es un plato grande con 4 comidas diferentes en el, pero todas juntas, pegadas unas con otras. en un mismo plato, para compartir en la mesa. te avisan igual que podes repetir las veces que quieras e incluso repetir solo las partes del plato que te gustaron pero aún así me resulta incómodo. el postre es igual, te traen un plato con 3 opciones diferentes. es todo muy rico! pero realmente no estoy acostumbrada a esta dinámica. es muy caro…

  We came here with a group of 11, including 3 little princess loving girls. We met five princesses (Ariel, Belle, Tiana, Mulan, Snow White). Each princess had a few little rehearsed lines, but they also fielded our girls’ questions and comments beautifully. The food is family style and there was something for almost everyone (one kid wasn’t feeling it). We thought the food was decent. Service was great, ambience was great. Definitely pricey, and you are going for the characters more than anything else.

  I want to start by saying we were served by Vanessa, and she was amazing. The food was just Ok, and the princesses were pleasant. That said, while chatting with the princesses, we asked for their opinion on which country had the best drinks. Belle began telling us about Mrs. Potts’ tea, but then a woman (whom I assume was the manager, she had short, brown hair with pink streaks) approached our table and said, “The princesses must stay in character. They cannot answer questions about drinks, so I suggest you don’t ask that.” The tone and approach were rude and unprofessional, and it made us feel uncomfortable. This was disappointing and negatively impacted our experience.
