Food isn’t good at all. It’s like microwaved ikea food. If you plan to do any character dining in Disney I would avoid this one. For lunch with no add ons it costed us 280$. Princesses were great but you can save the money and just meet princesses in the parks. This restaurant needs a huge food revamp. Our server was ok.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this restaurant. I did not book a reservation here for the food but for the experience for my 4 children. I ended up being surprised by how great the breakfast was. I should specify that we had breakfast here. Our server got our drink order , brought out cheese , pastries and fruit followed by eggs , bacon, sausage waffles and a potato casserole. The server Marthe was so kind and personable. She was so accommodating. 2/4 of my children didn’t have their autograph books ready to sign when the first princess came by and she brought their books in the back to have them signed. This meant so much to us!
The princess do a dance around the dining area and then every princess ( usually 5 ) go around and say hello to every table , sign an autograph book and take a picture with your or (and) your child(ren). Their commentary is so cute! The value of this was just amazing for us , considering it could take an hour to meet just one princess! We were just delighted when we left and really set the perfect tone for our day!

Let me start off by saying I love Epcot. It’s one of my favorite parks and test track is probably my favorite ride. Now I love character Dining but this place was by far the worst character dining ever the princesses were amazing, but the food was lacking. When you are catering to young kids don’t make it family style. They’re only gonna eat the macaroni and then the macaroni is touching a bunch of other nasty looking stuff to them. The only thing that was truly edible was probably the chicken breast wasn’t horrible was not a very good family dining experience. I did like meeting Tiana.

Honestly the worst food I have ever had in my entire life. Nice restaurant great atmosphere HORRIBLE food. ALSO, we have been to ohana, crystal palace and Hollywood and vine and all of them were one credit for your meal, this was two credits which is wild considering this is by far the worst meal we have ever had. Every single family member agreed this is theworst food ever. Totally inedible slop on a plate. Food needs a complete overhaul and there should be children options considering we would not have came here if it wasn’t for my child. Horrible experience my daughter ate plain pasta noodles for dinner . 3 deserts were brought out and there were 5 of us. The list goes on this was a horrible experience.

This is my second time eating at this restaurant ( lunch & dinner) and it's completely disappointing. The food is disgusting on both occasions I've been there. "Family style platter"??? All the food mixed together, all the flavors mixed together! Truly disgusted. You have to wait in line to use the restrooms, and on top of that, they smell terrible. Since it's a princess-themed restaurant, most of the guests are families with children, but a child can't even fit in those restrooms alone, let alone a child and their mother.
Today, when I went alone with my daughter, they seated us at such a small table that we had to put some of the plates on the chair.
Another thing is that it's not at all foreigner-friendly (they don't even bother to speak slowly to make themselves understood). If you don't speak any English, you're better off not going.
