Every restaurant I make a reservation at always gets me in early. For some reason this one always gets me in later than I made the reservation for. Very frustrating. The food is great though.

Made a reservation and food was delicious. Little to my knowledge, the waiters can “act” and be “mean” to you. This was our first time and did not know or this. We later found out that they should disclose that to you up front and early on and you can tell “opt” in or out of that type of service. With that shared, our waiter, “cousin Perry” was a jerk. He was so incredibly rude yet he was incredibly kind and conversational to the tables around us. We left so confused and left specific, detailed feedback with management and WDW. We would go back for food but FYI, in case you did not know like us, they are meant to be “rude” but in transparency, there should be disclosures on the door, on menu and app when making the reservations.

Absolutely awful experience at Prime Time Diner. We had a reservation and still waited 25 minutes past our time to be seated. When they finally brought us to a table, it couldn’t fit our group with 3 high chairs something the staff admitted was their mistake.
Instead of fixing it immediately, they told us we’d have to wait another 40–50 minutes to be sat again… after they messed up. We’re talking about small kids who were already hungry and tired, and the response we got was basically that they had no sympathy for hungry kids.
Disney dining should be organized and family-friendly. This was neither. We left frustrated and disappointed.

Absolutely blown away. This was our second time eating at this restaurant. First time was back in 2024 and now 2026. Both times had a great experience with staff and the food is literally country comfort food. This time however was a bit more special. As we had Patty from Little Chute, WI as our server and she was AMAZING ! Went above and beyond to make the experience great and even went and got us the light cube to go in our drinks after being super observant and noticing our pin which was a celebration pin for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Beyond impressed, the tik tok videos about ranking the restaurants at Hollywood I can 100% agree with 50’s Prime Time being at the top.

I wish I could say more, but it was not the best experience. Our table was awful. It was a corner booth with a table for 2 pushed up against it. There were 4 of us so it was extremely odd. Our friends sat in the corner, my husband sat on one side of the table for 2 and I sat in the middle facing our friends but then my side was to my husband. I would have enjoyed it more if we were at a normal table 4 four with a tv. I literally stared at a corner all night so I did not get to experience any of the ambiance or cool surroundings. In addition, the rigatoni was SOOOO spicy! The description in the menu said NOTHING about being so spicy. The server was not coming around often so it was difficult to even get my water refilled. In addition, I coudn't see anything to flag anyone down since I was facing the corner the whole time.
