  Went to the Royal table last night with our two kids and while the food and princess meets were amazing our waitress was not. I left in tears after noticing that my children for some reason were singled out and not giving swords or wands while every other table was and we had a check dropped at our table and never saw the waitress again. I even hung around for a good 10-15 minutes just so I could have her take my card for a tip but she completely ignored and dismissed us. We will not be going back anytime soon.

  This is a great dining experience. We have done a few of them over the last 10 days and this was stand out and worth the money for not just the experience, but also the food. Most of our party of seven started with the pork or the soup appetizers and then had the lamb or fillet. As our server suggested the thing not usually on the other menus is usually the stand out dish. The pork, soup and lamb were outstanding. The steak was as good as elsewhere in the park which is good but not steakhouse great. A party member with allergies was treated well with a competent chef that knew most of the answers, checked the rest and filled us with confidence. The event includes a meet and greet with Cinderella at the start and then 4 other princesses during the dining. Princess security tracks the tables they have visited so you don't need to think about this. Magical swag and tasty deserts round out the experience.

  The service was excellent, but the food and atmosphere left a little to be desired for the price. We went for breakfast, since that was the only time we could get in. I got the french toast, my husband got the shrimp and grits, and my daughter got the mickey waffles. The food was definitely good, but not as good as I thought it would be for the price. And left a little to be desired at $70 per adult and $45 per kid. However, our service was great. We met all the princesses and our waiter kept track so when we didnt see sleeping beauty, he was able to call her over before we left. The inside is kind of small, pretty and regal.

  I’m not sure if ours was the typical experience here but it was a fantastic place definitely not deserving of a 4 star review. The service was excellent hardworking attentive and kind. They were compassionate to the fact that target here was excited kids who were hopped on adrenaline and sugar. The crew that did the princesses were friendly and kind (my son likes to ask a lot of questions and they didn’t make him feel like he was rushed or had limited time). The food was excellent too (recommend filet medium rare). We were very happy with everything and would 100% go back!

  Environment was nice but bit sunny for lunch from the windows. I think it would look way nicer at night. Before you go the table, you are announced and meet Cinderalla for a photo opportunity. However, during the meal the princesses took a while to get to our table after we all finizhed eating. Staff kindly offered us anytime lightning passes due to conflict with our lightning line reserved time. In no time were we rushed and the waiters came by often to refill my apple juice. Food was ok. It appears they got rid of the terrible beef wellington on the menu. See my menu picture. However, you do not come to CRT for the food. You come for the character experience and the environment. I was told by guest experience they can deduct some of gratituties due to the delays seeing the princesses but I declined seeing that they took time for each table to ensure guests enjoy their experience. Keep in mind, the gratituties aren't just for your waiting staff but everyone. Pro tip: Speak up kindly if you have any negative experiences. If the staff there refuses to help Call guest relations if you have any negative experiences. Be nice, patient, and courteous regardless who you speak and most try to help in general.
