We experienced the character dinner at Chef Mickeys!
The atmosphere is lively and energetic! We got to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy! Each character was visiting the table and took time to greet the kids and take photos and give autographs!
The server also ensured all the characters had visited the table, which I found to be super cool, guaranteeing customer satisfaction! For $60 per person, the meal is expensive.
However, the kids had a blast, the food was decent. The environment was fun and energetic.
The spread had variety of salads, pastas, pizza, soup, rice and noodle items and a whole variety of cakes, cookies and ice cream.
We had a magical experience and would do it again during our next visit!
Reservations are surely recommended! (we had one)
Change the name of the hotel to, The Dated. Our server was very nice, staff all nice. Characters came and met with the table, and they were all very nice. I’m thinking as beautiful as the Grand Floridian is, it’s time to replace the Contemporary. Figure out a way to pump AC into that little corner the buffet, and SEATING is in. My wife was sweating, Pluto was fading, Minnie; cooked. Food was mid, yet overpriced. Twenty something for a child’s beverage is nuts.

Se você é fã da Disney, tem que ir! O buffet é completo, inclusive com muitas bebidas incluídas e para melhorar você tem a visita dos personagens na mesa! É uma experiência necessária para quem vai a Orlando! 😋

Amazing Character meal! Highly recommend. They make sure every character comes in visits your table and there's plenty of music and festivities going on while you eat. The buffet has plenty of selections.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re going for the food. It’s buffet-style and the quality is pretty average—more like fast food than anything memorable. For the price you pay, I definitely expected better.
That said, the experience is what makes it. The kids loved it because they got to see and take pictures with the Disney characters, which was really special for them.
Overall, great for the character experience, but not for the food.
