  I had a truly wonderful time at this restaurant yesterday. The food was, of course, superb, but above all, I was deeply grateful for the waiters’ thoughtful service. The female servers at the entrance could use a bit more experience, but the waiters inside are all fantastic. I’ll refrain from sharing details so as not to spoil the experience for other guests, but when I consider everything—not just the food—this ranks among the top five restaurants I’ve ever visited. If you happen to be served by Mr. Alan Barbosa, you’re in for a truly wonderful experience. Leave everything to him and enjoy a dreamlike evening. Thank you so much for yesterday from the bottom of my heart.

  First off, the setting is amazing in it self on the top floor of the hotel. Service started off great and only got better. Our server lead us on a tasting with minimal input from us. It was perfect. Dinner was paused to watch the Disney Parks' fireworks shows. Then continued seamlessly into our next course. Drinks were also amazing!

  Dining at Capa was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, with a beautiful setting that makes it perfect for a special night out. The food was outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and full of flavor, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a melt-in-your mouth texture inside. Every detail on the plate was thoughtfully presented. The sides and fresh salad complemented the meal perfectly. Dessert was just as impressive. The chocolate lava cake was rich and indulgent, paired beautifully with creamy ice cream and a smooth caramel sauce that added the perfect touch of sweetness. The service was excellent attentive, professional, and welcoming without being overwhelming. Overall, Capa delivers a high-end dining experience with exceptional food, great service, and a sophisticated ambiance. Highly recommended for steak lovers and anyone looking for a refined dining experience.

  My husband and I came here on Monday 4/13 for my birthday and had an incredible experience! It’s days later and we’re still talking about! From the moment we walked in the staff made me feel incredibly special wishing me a happy birthday! I requested a seat on the balcony and they were sure to seat us there. Our waiter Adam was also incredible. Every one of his suggestions were a hit! I didn’t get to thank him for truly making our dining experience outstanding so I hope he gets this. Thank you Adam!! The food was so great, we didn’t even take a moment to take a picture. Truly an unforgettable dining experience.

  The food quality was very good. I had the bone in ribeye. I asked for it medium. It came to the table rare but I ate it anyway. Still tasted good. I just did not feel like sending it back. At a high end steakhouse that is Michelin rated, I would expect the server to ask me to cut into it to make sure it was to my liking. That did not happen. Server could have been a bit more attentive. Nice guy but service was not the best. The mashed potatoes were good as was the broccoli with some sort of fluffed butter topping. The topping was overkill. Dessert was light and refreshing but I don’t recall the name. Pictures will show what I got.
