May 1 2026 visited the cabana - having a 60k wedding on may 2 2026 in Disney world. RICK from Indianapolis IN, the manager at banana cabana, kicked us out for having a pizza party adjacent to the restaurant, the night before my wedding, because 3 guests accidentally ate the outside pizza food inside the open air cabana, while we simultaneously racked up a $800 tab on drinks and cabana food. Unfortunately that wasnt good enough for RICK the manager from Indianapolis cuz he kicked us out anyway after my family members / wedding guests accidentally ate some outside food inside the Cabana. Tragic let down. Never have a big group here and NEVER EVER deal with Rick! Whats even more concerning is I was told by honest employees that RICK was getting trickle down pressure from HIS manager to kick us out - which signals a whole systemic issue 🤮 side note they also told us he was already tiktok famous from some cringe stuff he did at Sebastians (adjacent restaurant at Caribbean beach). Sooner he’s gone the better. What an incredible impersonal and rude experience. 60k++ wedding at Disney world the next day and he kicked us out of the cabana!!! Why he’s in customer service idk

Recommended. I don't say that lightly being that it is in Disney, where things seem to be always overpriced and sometimes really good-usually when even higher in price, good enough, and then sometimes very bad, especially for the portion and price. This place seemed different. Very friendly people first of all. Ate here twice, with Aaron and Paige taking great care of us. They were both very personable and very nice. Nothing fancy, but does it really have to be after you have been out walking at a park all day?Cuban sandwich- excellent, jerk chicken sandwich- excellent, wings- really good, fries- really good, along with a couple of beers and a couple of mixed drinks. Like anywhere inside Disney, the drinks are way overpriced so that is what it is. But the food was really excellent, for a kind of normal price, and the atmosphere and vibe was more than expected and very pleasant. Felt very laid-back and comfortable. Would go back.

Food was overpriced, waited over an hour for a burger, had to wait even longer because a segul swooped down and landed on the food and swiped some fries. Was never even offered a discount for the inconvenience.
