  Came to pick up my to go order and Stood there almost 20 minutes for 2 combos! Hell The Employees Didn't Even Speak! They Look Like Ran Down Robots Back There..DO NOT RECOMMEND !

  This taco bell is a gift send from above. We have been going to this location since ours went under reno and the food is SAUCED up. Today the drive thru employee fully leaned out of the window and made sure we had a good grasp on our food before letting it go as my boyfriend was too far from the window. That level of customer service from a taco bell is rare and appreciated. It warmed my heart almost as much as that crunch wrap. I cannot comprehend how this location does not have a higher rating. Keep up the good work. Thank you. 🌮

  I ordered 2 of the $7 Discovery Deluxe Box at the drive thru. When I got to the window I was told the order was $19.26. I asked how when it should have been around $14.98. She then said she thought we wanted the $9 boxes (which she wasn’t told that) then she appeared to cancel the wrong order, and took my debit card. She then gave me 2 receipts, one for the correct $14.98 and another showing a charge of $19.26 and a refund of $19.26 that would come back to my bank account in 5-7 days. I asked why would you charge my card for the wrong boxes after you were told it was wrong (which was her fault to begin with)? She just kept repeating “You’ll get the money back in 5-7 days. I don’t take light of saying a person has the brain of a bird, but she does, and says she’s the manager when I asked to speak to one. I definitely won’t be going back.

  There is nobody at the counter to take your order. They want you to order everything through a tablet on the counter. I don't have the patience for that crap. I left I'll go somewhere else where I can get human to Human service
