It took 15 minutes from the time that I ordered to get to the window once I get to the window no one acknowledge the drive-through also, they have the window open talking loud about other employees very unprofessional I ended up driving off because my drink wasn’t made. I wasn’t being acknowledged and I waited 25 minutes. Duncan needs to do better.

After more than 40 minutes in total with no communication, I was told they dropped the last bagel and had no more. I then had to wait even longer just to get a refund. This complete lack of organization and customer service made me late for work. Totally unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

I’ve never experienced such a slow establishment. I’m actually writing this review in the line . I started the 6 care drive thru at 8:50 am and it’s 9:13 and I haven’t gotten my bagel bite and small coffee. I gave it a shot this morning again thinking there wasn’t many card this time…food is consistent but the speed is struggling
