  I come here every morning before work, and they’re always extremely which is understandable but today did it for me. I always place my order when I leave the house and it’s about a 15 minute drive, it’s never ready when I get there. Today once again, im waiting for my order and while waiting I put a straw in my drink and the coffee taste like absolute TRASH, I asked them to remake and the girl asked what’s wrong. I told her it taste really sour and disgusting, she proceeded to ask if I just brushed my teeth, I told her yes. She tries telling me the coffee taste bad because I just brushed my teeth. I brush my teeth every day at the same time and order the SAME EXACT coffee every day. She remade it but was so irritated that when I said “ thank you “ she didn’t say anything back. Ridiculous.

  They have you pay in the first window then hold you hostage in the second window for 15-20 minutes for a latte. And you can't leave because you already paid in the first! This is a reoccurring issue. I will be taking my business elsewhere

  It's what you would think it would be lots of donuts lots of coffee and some food. The donuts were super fresh and really good. This place was so busy I thought I'd be waiting a long time and yet they were really fast with everything.. they do have their act together

  Ugh, this Dunkin' is the WORST . I'm a die-hard fan, go there almost daily, and this place is killing me. Attitudes are awful, food's cold, stuff's missing, bacon's burnt... and the wait's ridiculous. I pulled up for a mobile order, two cars ahead of me, waited 45 minutes, and bailed without my food . I try to give 'em the benefit of the doubt, but it's getting worse every time 🤷‍♀️.

  I went to this dunkin on 2/14/2026 at 11:30am. I ordered a chocolate protein latte. Iced. I asked if they could put cream in it. The male staff said he could not. I said why not? He was like it’s a latte it’s made with milk. I said I know but I want a splash of cream and it’s iced so you’re not steaming my cream. A woman took over. She was putting in my order THEN the manager said no you can’t do that, made comment about how it would taste off, and that it was against the policy , that lattes are a milk exclusive beverage. First, if it tastes bad… oh well! It’s my drink lol. Second it’s definitely not against policy. I can get my drink customized to my liking and have before at other Dunkin’s. I got tired of trying to get the employee to just add cream to my drink that I was like can I get the cream on the side. They were like that’s fine. So like you know the cream is going in my drink right? You inconvenienced me … when I come to dunkin I expect my drink to be made to my asking. It’s not like you have to open several cream containers. I used to work at dunkin— you just have to press one button. The manager at this place clearly thinks they can gate keep lattes and her attitude sucks. Maybe consider replacing her. Never had a good experience with her.
