  The slowest service I've ever had. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and there was only one car in front of me.

  I didn’t realize ordering munchkins would be such a problem. When I asked what flavors were available, I was told “the normal flavors” with no real explanation. Then when I tried to add more munchkins to my order, it clearly became another issue for the staff. The attitude was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for placing a simple order. If you’re working in customer service, basic communication and courtesy shouldn’t be optional. Really disappointing experience.

  I come here every morning before work, and they’re always extremely which is understandable but today did it for me. I always place my order when I leave the house and it’s about a 15 minute drive, it’s never ready when I get there. Today once again, im waiting for my order and while waiting I put a straw in my drink and the coffee taste like absolute TRASH, I asked them to remake and the girl asked what’s wrong. I told her it taste really sour and disgusting, she proceeded to ask if I just brushed my teeth, I told her yes. She tries telling me the coffee taste bad because I just brushed my teeth. I brush my teeth every day at the same time and order the SAME EXACT coffee every day. She remade it but was so irritated that when I said “ thank you “ she didn’t say anything back. Ridiculous.
