  Everybody is nice and professional, the employees works well as one unit coordinated. If it was up to my children, they would be here almost every day. They bring out our food very quickly.

  5 staff members. Nobody at the drive-in Entered the store and nobody bothered to make any contact or offer help. Stood in the store for 8 minutes while a staff member struggled to help a customer placing a big order while the manager and 3 other staff just watched on. Poor management and poor service. Will not return.

  Just be aware, they do charge $0.99 for an extra tablespoon worth of sauce on your Thai chicken wrap. A Google search shows the average for Tropical Smoothie fee is half of that, about $0.50. I used the drive through. They were fast, accurate and served the food while the wrap was still warm...yummy. And they finally seemed to have gotten smart regarding their sneaky practice of automatically adding a ~15% "service fee" when you used a debit card at the drive-through. They made you have to select and change it to get of them padding the bill. I complained to their HQ over two years ago. I figure that they either got caught, lost sales, or decided to pay the staff more (the latter being more unlikely for a corporation).
