- NNNicole NewtonNov 16, 20251.0Ordered delivery. One of our items was missing, the desert. When I called the store, I received a very rude response. The employee on the other end of the phone stated that the item was removed from the order and that someone called and left a voicemail to notify us that they were out of that item. The number connected to our order does not have voicemail set up. I asked what number they called, and the response was "I don't remember. I have been calling everyone to let them know that we are out of the desert ". Meanwhile, we paid cash for the order and the delivery driver (doordash) ended up getting a big tip for the lack of communication from this establishment. Your establishment needs to seriously work on customer service skills. I shouldn't be hearing anything but, "I apologize for the inconvenience. How can I help remedy the situation in the future?"

Oh and when I go to other places they ALWAYS offer me a drink or something while I wait so what’s the big deal with DoorDash using there bathroom?!?! Kinda petty if you as me! When you gotta go you gotta go can’t help that part at all!

I’d go back, won’t order the knots though. you guys either need to take the knots off the menu, or do better. They weren’t even edible.

Please make sure you read the order and make up the food as requested rather than sending out the wrong food. Up until the last couple of weeks our orders have been perfect.
