He was answering phones and lying to everyone saying they are closed, although every site is saying Papa John’s is open until 11 last night. The worker specifically said the only reason he was answering the phone was because he did not want to hear the phone ringing all night and proceeded to continuously hang up on me. I drove to the store to find this employee sitting in the store doing absolutely nothing. This business is completely unprofessional and dishonest.

The employee on the other end of the phone stated that the item was removed from the order and that someone called and left a voicemail to notify us that they were out of that item. The number connected to our order does not have voicemail set up. I asked what number they called, and the response was "I don't remember. I have been calling everyone to let them know that we are out of the desert ". Meanwhile, we paid cash for the order and the delivery driver (doordash) ended up getting a big tip for the lack of communication from this establishment. Your establishment needs to seriously work on customer service skills. I shouldn't be hearing anything but, "I apologize for the inconvenience. How can I help remedy the situation in the future?"
