  No one was at register for about 5 minutes at height of lunch hour. Otherwise everything was good.

  Tables inside are ALWAYS FILTHY. Premade breakfast croissant spinich and bacon is delicious.

  One of the better Paneras in our area. Food was good. Some of the tables were dirty. Plenty of staff honestly so I can't see why anything wouldn't be clean. Quick service and food delivery.

  I am very disappointed at this Panera Bread. Service is slow at best. Rarely more than 2 cashiers on duty, despite the line growing. Generally no action to alleviate this. Frequently no souffle are ready, early in the morning. Service on the food line is also extremely slow. There does not appear to be "in charge" at these times. This is a very busy store with a large customer base who deserve better service.

  So … I have been going here since August of last year. Different from my hometown’s Panera where they don’t talk about you when they think you can’t hear and actually pretend they care about serving you. So one of the managers I pretended I didn’t hear when she and the other employees around my age talked about me treating me like I’m homeless when I was just there to study. When my order is always late I’m staring at them waiting for them to check up on my order at least let me know. Nope all I got was laughs and employees thinking I’m trying to be intrusive when I actually just wanted my coffee and food. The old lady there that works in the morning was really sad trying to makeup and go “oh you have to give us 15 min for your digital order” wrong! As soon as the manager saw it she gave it to me. I never complained never said a word. By the way I intentionally tested this as no other Panera has done this except for this one. I have not been back since the night they gave me frozen food and when I kindly asked for it to be heated the two employees rolled their eyes and made it clear they didn’t want to infront of their manager. And when I said “if you don’t want to serve me that’s fine.” They laughed about it. I know this is a minimum wage job so don’t expect high end level coffee shop where you can happily go and study and enjoy your coffee, but I still expect the bare minimum of professionalism.
