My biggest issue is that every time I get food at this location, the rice isn't cooked right. Every visit seems like the rice is hard, sometimes even to the point where it's crunchy. The seating areas are almost always dirty, leaving me no option but to eat (just the protein and toppings, and waste the "al dente" rice) in my car. Please, just leave the rice in for a couple more minutes.
- ZEZircon EvansOct 9, 20251.0Restrooms were nasty, overflowing toiletries bin, lobby tables covered in scraps and food debris, drink station lacking Agua fresca and tea with no "sorry we're currently out" , the glass over the food was soiled on the inside, and the FOOD ITSELF LOOKED WORSE THAN DOG FOOD, overcooked and old if there is ANYTHING on that line at all, out of most meat, my rice was ICE cold and clumpy coming straight out of their giant cooker, the barbacoa was the only juicy looking meat BECAUSE OF THE JUICE ITS IN, the employees looked dirty, for a lack of better words, no aprons, ill fitting gloves, my cashier had big fake nails, gross. I wasnt even asked if I wanted to bundle in chips or a drink, not like they had any, they were out of the fresca's, tea, and apple juice. I am SEVERELY disappointed with this store, for being my FIRST visit it will be MY LAST AS WELL. FIX YOUR STORE THERE IS A REASON YOUR REVIEWS ARE MOSTLY ONE STAR
