It’s always dirty and the workers act like they would rather be on Mars. I went in there the other night two hours before closing. They had no steak and no chicken and it was filthy and they had no brown rice.

- BBBohoFairyBDec 4, 20251.0i usually have a great time with chipotle because there food is good and fresh, i made a stop at my local chipotle and i asked for a bowl with rice, the lady that took my order seemed new so i can’t be mad at her, when i asked for rice she barley put a scoop in there, so i obviously asked for more and then i asked for cheese, and she didn’t have anything left inside of the container except for two unshred BLOCKS of cheese. and the girl literally put it in there. when i checked out she had the audacity to tell the other girl at the register that i got extra rice and extra cheese.. after i left i took a bite of my food in the car and i literally could not eat it because the rice was so hard. as if it was left out for hours. this chipotle needs to do better. because this restaurant would 100% get a food violation if they came. do not go to this chipotle if you are craving good fresh food.
