  Ordered in the drive through and my order was wrong, no problem I’ll go inside and ask for the correct order. The register lady was sweet, but had a cook there, whoever she was, was rude. Making my new order yelled yayyyyyyy to mock me. This is inappropriate and not necessary.

  The fries were over done and the burgers were terrible only thing that was any good the brisket was ok

  Two people in the restaurant. A guy and a girl seemingly blazed out of their minds walking around like slow zombies. No sense of urgency at all. 20 minute wait and I was the only customer they had. Place was also a mess for not having a rush.

  ​I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your establishment. What began as a simple request to top off an order of fries resulted in an unnecessary wait and a significant decrease in food quality. ​After asking for a small addition to my fries, the employee took my original order and closed the window without asking if I was willing to wait for a fresh batch. Had I been given the choice, I would have declined, as I did not have the time to wait. When the food was finally returned, the fries were overcooked and the portion was smaller than the original. ​Furthermore, the chicken strip wraps were unsatisfactory; they contained small fragments of chicken rather than full strips very little lettuce and were oversaturated with dressing to the point of being inedible for my child. Between the dismissive attitude of the window staff and the poor execution of the meal, this was a very disappointing experience for my family.

  Arby's shows a meaty roast beef sandwich, when advertising their current meat and 3 box. However I wasn't allowed to pay to upgrade my sandwich to include more meat, like they show on the ads. The peach dessert side was mediocre, at best. I will say the sandwich was good, I just prefer more meat.
