  I entered late and tired after a long drive and the least I expect is a good delicious avocado toast WITHOUT bacon ( Specifically told the guy working twice that I am severely allergic to bacon ). He proceeded not to tell the people making the food and I received an avocado toast with bacon. I proceeded to kindly remind them I ordered without bacon. They didn’t apologize and switched it out but I realized they only took the big chunks of bacon off but there was still bacon bits on my avocado toast. Mind you I am SEVERELY allergic to bacon. I have ordered this before at a different location and have never had this problem occur. If I fail my ACT due to this, I plan on suing this location due to attempted murder and emotional distress. Don’t stop by this Dunkin Donuts in the morning because they don’t have the attitude or respect to serve you.

  My favorite Dunkin!! Drinks are always right. Food is always perfect. Staff (especially ’my love’ at the drive thru window) are always SO friendly!! I will go miles out of my way to come here ❤️

  A Masterclass in Efficiency I’ve visited this location four times now, at various hours between 5:30 AM and 11:00 AM, and the service is nothing short of spectacular. The morning crew—a team of about six women and one man—runs the floor like a high-speed stage comedy. It is a perfectly executed drill; I have never seen a team anywhere, in any industry, move with this much precision and speed. The timing is almost unbelievable: by the time my card clears the reader, my coffee is already waiting. Thirty seconds to a minute later, the food arrives. Despite the lightning pace, the staff is consistently polite, the facility is spotless, and the service is incredibly accurate. Pro-tip: While the drive-thru line is usually wrapped around the building, the walk-in service is immediate. If you want to see a world-class example of how a fast-paced kitchen should be run, skip the line and head inside. Rating: 5/5 – Triple Kudos to this team!
