  Absolutely horrible customer service. Terrible. Profanity in front of my children. Lazy employees. Ignorant. Called corporate to talk to someone and their company phone number doesn’t even work. Complete dissatisfaction with Wendy’s.

  Worst service I have ever had, wish I could give zero stars. The store was empty and not a single employee out of 4 wanted to acknowledge me in the front. I waited longer than 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me so I could pay my order from the ziosk with cash. As more customers are ordering on the machines my order was not in queue because I had not paid my cash due to being ignored by the employees working right in front of my face. I tried to get their attention multiple times very politely. I tried to get manager’s attention as well. I finally pay and to top it off a lady returned her food cause it was wrong after taking it out of the bag instead of tossing the food a worker then tried to put the already touched food inside of my bag my boyfriend noticed it and had him replace it . 🤦‍♀️

  Hoy 17 de noviembre,he ido a a comer algo y una tipa q trabaja despachando la comida,trata a los clientes como animales,es como si uno fuera a pedirle,al mánager q le dé trainner;si no lo veo veo con los clientes.

  already having a bad day and they decided to take the bacon off my BACON HAMBURGER i also don’t know why it’s so hard to fill the fries completely.😐
