  This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the world. We placed a mobile order and waited about an hour after arriving to pick it up. Meanwhile, we watched the employees just stand around dancing and high-fiving. What makes it worse is that once you get into the drive thru line, you can't just pull out. You're stuck.

  They missed our order. Lady that was supposed to be making our food was on her phone too much. Waited 45 mins for 4 tacos and 1 quesadilla and they made them wrong.

  Hit the drive-thru on the way home from a late soccer game. Kids enjoy the Doritos tacos and Baja Blast.

  Sat for 30min behind car that ordered 60 tacos. Idk what protocol is but should have had them pull around and wait while the other 6 cars got served.

  Terrible experience picking up an online order. I arrived for my drive-thru pickup, but no one ever answered the speaker box or the drive-thru window. When I went inside, I saw why: there was only one person actually working in the kitchen, while two other employees were outside. I tried to be polite and understanding of the fact that she was the only one working inside, but right off the bat, she was completely rude to me. Being short-staffed is one thing, but having an attitude with a customer who is trying to be patient is another. I would have appreciated a simple apology or just being acknowledged when I walked in.
