  One of the best in terms of food but you have to tell the employees that you ordered your food on the machine or they won't make it. Bathroom was very clean.

  Need more staff or better management, order to be picked up inside there were 5 workers but were only taking care of drive thru. At least 10 customers waiting inside, everyone's wait was 20-30 minutes for their food or food delivery. There was no service on the register, other customers were sent over to the kiosk since the cashier didnt want to help them. Since there was no service in the front, customers started yelling there names or pickup names for food to get a time frame on the order. Employees seemed as if they didnt care, and continued to care for drive thru. After 25-30 minutes I get my food and its cold plus I didn't receive any sauce, no napkins, no silverware, nothing. Not even an apology for inconvenience, there was one Young man with red twist in his head who was actually working the whole time and didnt stop while I was there. Everyone else didnt seem to care, yall gotta step it up if yall are going to be busy

  I had to get the kids some food and the person that tried to make the door dash order, uh, didn't pull through. So off I go. I will get all the need to know stuff out of the way quickly. The staff was busy as busy gets, but they were friendly, they were polite, and they were also doing a great job of taking care of both the lobby, and managing the register at the time. Nobody waited long to get waited on in case the kiosk was fussy. Kudos to all that work there. Anyhow, I stopped in, and put my order in through the app and sat and waited. Now, keep in mind, I wear a captains hat where ever I go, so I get recognized pretty often, so this may have helped get my order moving. I digress... It took a little bit, but once they realized I had been sitting for a hot minute (patiently, if you must know, because THAT WORKS!), the leader of the crew yelled, "Who is working on the captains order?!" Needless to say, I got my food quickly. And it was excellent. Like all Taco Bell should be.

  There are way better Taco Bells in Orlando/Kissimmee with cheaper food items and better, quicker service. This location has always been bad for me. Forgot part of my order one time when I was the only customer there. Just now, while picking up a mobile order, I pulled up to the drive-through, gave them my name and was told to pull forward. Took awhile to get to the window and was told they apparently didn’t get my name and I had to pull around and go through the line again (why tell me to pull forward if you didn’t hear a name?). My luck, the line was even longer than it was when I first got there. No apology from the girl working the window just handed me my bag and shut it without a word. Do yourself a favor if you’re craving Taco Bell and you’re in this area, drive further east down Irlo Bronson, and hit up that one instead.

  My entire experience a few minutes ago was disappointing. I originally wanted to eat inside the store but every table was dirty and there was a guy in the middle of the floor taking out trash where everyone was eating it just didn't seem sanitary.anyway I asked for extra ground beef I paid for extra ground beef and when I received my order my order was disgusting it had one scoop of ground beef.I know the procedures I know it's two scoops I know the presentation of what it's supposed to look like and this is not it. I asked the cashier for another scoop and I was very polite about it she went and asked the manager the manager never came to the front but sent the cashier back to the front to tell me no that is the serving size so I asked to speak with the manager she refused to come to the front so then I asked for a refund the manager never came to the front to address the issue so it pissed me off and now I'm nasty I asked for a refund still no manager come to the front and I still didn't receive a refund they gave me a sloppy and nasty thrown order the manager looked at me went to the back and I heard her laughing straight disrespect to the customer for absolutely no reason I kept addressing the fact that I was polite at first but one thing is I'm not going to sit here and tolerate disrespect where I'm spending my hardworking money these employees they're not spending money on my dinner tonight and I came in there polite so I was hoping that I was going to receive the same services this turned into a big thing when it could have been simple. a manager coming up to the front acknowledging my concern and just giving me a scoop of ground beef knowing that I paid extra and had a receipt and was polite about it but instead she refused to come to the front and then when she did she gave me a dirty look didn't greet me and was laughing in the back now if I crashed out and put everybody's safety at risk because I felt so disrespected and triggered that would have been a major issue today in society we can't play those games and I'm not a joke and I'm not to be disrespected if I spend my money and establishment and if I come in and establishment respectfully I want to be treated with respect I want my concerns to be heard and I want the proper service that I deserve I'm going to be pushing this matter to whoever it needs to get to until when I come back to this location I see that the customer service in this location is different every time I come in here it's an attitude as if I'm bothering employees by giving Taco Bell business if you don't want to work and give customer service the manager should be telling these employees to clock out but the manager herself Is a horrible representation of leadership in such establishment the fact that you sat here gave me a dirty look didn't address an upset customer and then laughed and refused to give me a refund that does not represent what Taco Bell is about and she needs to be addressed she needs to be retrained and held accountable for her team and lack of professionalism.she should be coming up to the front when situations arise with the cashier when a customer is not satisfied not going to the back being disrespectful and dismissive and laughing Taco Bell you ought to be ashamed of this stores representation of this establishment. Also the food was very smelly as like throw up or old I am not going to eat this meal I will return this meal tomorrow or Monday with the receipt but I'm also feel the need to call the health inspector because I noticed in your review someone else had voice their opinion of the food smelling and tasting bad and I believe the same and I'm not going to consume what I brought because I need this evidence to be examined by the health inspector and by upper Taco Bell's management.
