  Where do I even begin with this complete disappointment... Let’s be honest the food was terribly underwhelming. You would think the star of the show would be the chicken, right? Not even close. The can of soda was the highlight of the entire meal. Let that sink in. The chicken was extremely hard and painfully dry, as if it had been left under a heat lamp for hours on end. The rice and beans were completely bland and flavorless and luke warm, pure disappointment on a plate. I ordered online for pickup. The bag arrived sealed, so I naturally assumed it had been carefully prepared and thoroughly checked for accuracy. How wrong I was. Two entire food items were missing from my order. No sauces, no napkins, and no utensils at all. Nothing. How hard can it possibly be to get a simple order right? Where is the quality control? Who is the person in charge who is failing to supervise the team and ensure accuracy? This kind of careless service guarantees that customers like me will never return. What a total letdown. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. Do better!

  This was the best TropiChop I’ve ever had. I ordered a regular with chicken and pork, and everything was fresh and well balanced. In the past, I’ve often gotten mostly rice with very small portions of chicken, corn, tomatoes, and black beans—but today was completely different. The proportions were just right. I did ask for extra corn, and they delivered, which I really appreciated. If this is the new standard, I’ll happily keep coming back. Glad I stopped in today and already looking forward to my next visit.

  I was here for the Amazingly Thailand Rainbow Orchid Festival. Everything was clean, bright and the displays were Amazing. I want to go next year.

  This staff need to be completely re-train. Every time I come here they seem to run out of something that should have been re-stocked if anyone was keeping an eye on the food. This time they ran out of white rice when it would have been an eazy to have some more rice really when the tray was empty
