  Used the pizza hut app and ordered dinner box and wings. I got the dinner box but no wings. Called store and was on hold for 20 mins before I hung up. Called again same thing. Had to Contact cooperate to get a refund. And they tired to offer free wings in future, if I don't accept return. I told its not free if I paid for wings already and Ill take the refund. Bad experience overall.

  The worst pizza hut I ever been. I ordered an hr ago. I got a message saying it was ready then when I get here the cashier says they are about to make the order now. So unprofessional never coming here again!!! Marcos stay number one for a reason. Let me add that that the place was empty! And still had to wait 20 more mins for my order. This place should give up and shut down. Just found out why I was waiting. A guy walked in with my order!!! They gave my food to someone else. I need a refund.

  Last time I’m coming to this location I ordered the 20 lil wings and they was burnt to the bone and crispy like chips. I brought the wing back with one half bitten! I didn’t have time to have them remade so they said they can only offer a partial credit for 30 days! No I want my money back so now I have to dispute the charge!
