  TLDR; Please stay away if you like your food hot and have a hangry toddler. I ordered delivery at 10:59pm. My order arrived at 12:25am…. At first it was arriving at 1130, then 1140, then 12 then 1210 and finally 12:25am. The food was cold and it was very frustrating, especially with a hungry toddler. The delivery is made through DoorDash and DoorDash ended up giving compensation (after the 3rd time calling). It was most definitely Pizza Hut fault because my first dasher was waiting at Pizza Hut for over 30 mins before cancelling on me. It took a while in finding a second dasher.

  Answer the phone, 15 minutes calling and no one answered the phone? Now I have to come to the store and yell smh

  First and last time ordering from location. The manager on duty very rude. If you don’t like your job quit because your attitude towards a delivery driver is not pleasant. She questioned you about the order, yall realize it was given away and you still took your time to redo the order.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! This Pizza Hut took a HOUR. Apparently they ‘lost’ our order, but does it really take a hour to cook a pizza? Also there was only a couple people there. Just a reminder don’t come here, go somewhere else.

  Tonight was horrible from start to finish we walked in and had a seat was not acknowledged for almost an hour while the waitress only focused on people at the counter and uber eats and door dash deliveries! Finally she comes into the lobby starts cleaning the dirty tables and yet not acknowledge us after I saw her look up from the counter and see us sitting there so she knew we were there! So I asked her is this section closed she said no and start apologizing to us asking us would we like a complementary drink we said yes. She brings drinks back to our table then takes our order which we waited another hour just for it to be wrong she then admitted herself the order was wrong at that time we was hungry and needed to eat she said she would talk it over with her manager. Now the most annoying part time to pay she has charged us for the drinks and upcharged us on a pizza that wasn't done correctly how fair is that and when I mentioned about the charges oh my manager said that it was cooked in a pan so it was a pan pizza yet it was clearly hand tossed! Saroda you are a horrible server I watched you make sure all the white folks was taken care of from the moment they stepped foot in the restaurant meanwhile you screwed us over big time from start to finish! You have lost good customers tonight and I'm sure you know that from the generous tip I left you last time but after tonight I wouldn't dare step foot back into this location! That way you want have to ignore the black folks then play in our face!!!!
