  Very disappointed with the service at Papa John's today. There was only one employee working who said she was the manager, but she seemed very unfriendly and acted like she didn’t want to be there at all. The attitude was rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. Instead of trying to help customers or provide decent service, it felt like we were bothering her just by placing an order. When you’re representing a business—especially as the manager—you should at least show basic professionalism and customer service. I understand places can be short staffed, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly. Definitely not the experience I expected from Papa John’s, and I hope the company looks into the level of service at this location.

  I had a really bad experience at Papa John’s. I was told my pizza was still coming out of the oven, so I waited over 20 minutes. The whole time, my food was actually just sitting in the warmer getting cold. When I finally got my order, everything was cold — the pizza, wings, and even the brownie. I brought it up, and instead of fixing it, the manager tried to excuse it by saying all the workers were new. On top of that, I noticed the workers weren’t wearing gloves or hair nets, and several of them had long hair out while preparing food. That’s a serious sanitation issue and honestly made me uncomfortable eating anything from there. Being new is not an excuse for poor service, lack of communication, and basic hygiene standards not being followed. Very unprofessional experience.

  Delivery drivers are CONSTANTLY parked in handicap parking spots while they're getting their orders without handicap tags or placards. Asked drivers to move so I could use spot as I need to unload medical equipment and require the spot. Driver laughed at my frustration. Management come get your people.

  I walked in a there was not a single menu to look at. I used my phone. But every time I tried to look at the ingredients it asked me for all my information. Incredibly annoying and not practical. I left.
