Outback is one of my favorite restaurants but this particular one exceeded my expectations. Very thankful for the my server Clarissa. She was very attentive and welcoming. I’m also very thankful for the young woman who seated me. Very helpful and pleasant.
Now to the food! I am a steak and shrimp fanatic. I ordered my usual ribeye with grilled shrimp, side of mash, accompanied with Mac. I ordered my steak medium well and they got it perfect. Ordered a water and Makers Mark with coke.
Everything was tasty. The bread was warm which is always appreciated. I enjoyed some bread and butter while I waited for my food. Everything came out in a timely manner and was delicious.
What truly made my afternoon was listening to the staff singing happy birthday to one of their own. Great job management! The love and appreciation you have for each other shows! Keep up the great work.

It has been 15 years since I've eaten at an Outback and it will be another 15 before I go again. The tired tasteless menu I saw tonight was the same menu from 15 years ago. Our server took about 10 minutes to acknowledge us. He apologized for taking so long and gave us an excuse. I don't like excuses, just apologize and move on. The rest of the meal I got the vibe that my family and I were an inconvenience. The food was average. Then I saw something I've never seen before. I saw to people leave with beer glasses in hand with beer in them and then they returned about 15 minutes with them empty. I didn't know you could do that. I won't be returning.

I ordered a ribeye, and they brought me a new york strip. I told the waitress, that's not a ribeye.She walked back in the kitchen, came back out.And said, the cook said they just, it's a different cut of meat exactly.It's a new york strip, not a ribeye. Manager, stopped by the table.
I explained it to her.She went and got me a ribeye.It was delicious.She offered more shrimp because I ordered the ribeye with the shrimp.I already ate the shrimp and said, no more shrimp was necessary.But that was nice.She offered when it came time to pay the bill.
My waiter said there was no bill, so I would like to thank the little brunette with the glasses for picking up the tab and wish her a excellent ahead week. 2nd time at this. place and the food
and atmosphere are excellent.Thanks again to the manager.

Ordered a ribeye was served a new York, when we told the manger and she also said that's a ribeye I said it a new York look at it. What bothers me the most, was in the kitchen aren't the cooks supposed to wear hair net?? Where we were sitting i could see the kitchen area and there was a lady back there no hair net long hair just swing everywhere, and aren't the men that have beards supposed to wear a beard net?? I have proof of what i am saying.

I just had dinner here with my family. Our server Angela was amazing! Although it was busy she made sure we were taken of and checked on us regularly. I really appreciate her convincing my 7 year old to eat at least half of his food with a promise of a treat. She did give him two small toys which he loves! I appreciate the manager Alex for her checking on us too. Just because two of our sides were a little late coming out she gave us two coupons for free blooming onions for future visits. It's always a great experience when we come. The staff is great here! Thank you to the staff for everything.
