  when true drive true and not take my order both late open and service only one lake talk to the manager and he do not care - when inside store and try to place order in lobby and not able to do it

  The line was long through the drive thru, so I decided to order inside. The kiosk were readily available. The dining room was clean and wasn't overly crowded. I got my Saja Boys meal in a timely manner.

  Location is very good - on 192 with a bus stop close by. The food was good, but one of my double cheeseburgers was very salty. The other and the chicken sandwiches were satisfactory. Service is very good, with a clean bathroom. Overall, would recommend, but be ready to use kiosk.

  Everything was awful, the air conditioner is freezing and the food took 1 hour and 30 minutes so we ended up leaving with our hands empty. Plus we tried to cancel and thet didnt let us at first. The service should be more helpful and nice, they should learn to manage this kind of situations because they speaked us in a terrible way. Definetly not coming back.

  Giovanni (Gio) needs a raise. He was very professional, handled the situation and made sure the order was corrected. Its rare to see good customer service like this, we appreciated it!
