  I would come to this McDonald’s a lot and in the past food was always fresh and promptly delivered. I never had an issue. Been coming here on my lunch break for the past two years. And now when I go every time, it’s a 20 minute wait for something as simple as fries and a drink. The staff doesn’t say anything nor do they acknowledge that you have been waiting for a long time so it’s rather ridiculous.

  I have never seen such terrible service at a McDonald’s before. It was around 11pm. The place was packed, there were people waiting on their food for over an hour and 20 minutes. The kid at the register was working his butt off to help customers. He was trying to fill orders as best as he could. Eventually people started lining up for refunds. The manager did not step in at all to help. She was standing/leaning against a deep fryer like nothing was going on. I suggest someone who is in charge check the cameras and assess their staff. I ended up getting a refund and leaving myself.

  The lady working got me a free ice cream! She told me all I had to do was the survey and she could sort it out for me to make it easier which was amazing I could enjoy my food then she brought me my ice cream. She was friendly and helpful throughout our time at the restaurant. Food was fresh which is always a pro as sometimes with fast food you can tell it’s been sitting out which is not the case when we visit this McDonald’s.

  Ordered and many things were missing from my order. There was no beverage or toy with the kids meal, no sauces requested and the service was long enough to service 7 other cars before being served my mobile order meal via drive thru. Don’t waste your time - or even better - go to the celebration location. It’s worth it.

  This was by far the worst McDonald’s order we have ever experienced. When we got home and opened the bag, we discovered that one of the sandwiches had clearly been half eaten. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the nuggets we ordered were missing. We went back to the restaurant to report the issue, and instead of taking it seriously, the staff laughed at us and acted as if this situation was completely normal. It honestly felt like this was something they see or do regularly, which is extremely concerning. What made the situation even worse is that we didn’t receive a single apology from anyone at the restaurant. This shows a shocking level of negligence, lack of hygiene, and extremely poor customer service. Finding a sandwich that someone had already taken bites from is not only revolting but completely unacceptable. Overall, this was the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had.
