  Maria A. was absolutely amazing. We’re here visiting from Phoenix, Arizona and the customer service is 10 out of 10. This place is clean. I will be coming here for my breakfast for the rest of the week and Disney on Friday. My four-year-old daughter Carolina also says 10 out of 10 for Maria A.

  I waited over hour in the drive-thru just to receive fries that were still frozen inside. When I got to the front my order hadn’t been placed. Employees were outside talking while there was a big rush . Completely unacceptable and very frustrating experience. This was around 12 midnight Friday April 3

  I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and presentation of the food I received from McDonald’s. My burger arrived in unacceptable condition, poorly assembled, and it even looks like it may have been bitten before being packaged. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. I expect much better standards. Please address this issue and explain how this could happen.

  Came here when lobby was closed after hours, I only had cash so I went through the drive thru. The employees said they can't help me because I'm riding a bike thru the drive thru. I was hungry. They already falsely advertised being open 24 hrs. I know there isn't an actual policy or rule stating that because I've been through a McDonald's drive thru several times before with a bike and was served. It's just the employees here are very discriminatory. If I could I'd rate this lower. They don't even deserve 1 star.

  Terrible service this girl was incredibly disrespectful had attitude for no reason I asked what kind of McFlurry they had she said they had nothing so I asked what do u have then and she straight up said “food” she cashed me out with no hi or hello gave me my receipt and closed the window. If u don’t want to socialize with people then don’t work in that type of industry were you constantly speak with customers. Awful attitude for no reason.
