  Food came wrapped this way, with all of its contents spilling out and looking completely gross. Not to mention missing items. This location is often completely dissatisfying.

  I feel so bad but I have to be honest! The food NEVER fresh! Ever! Lunch starts at 11 why am I coming at 11:20 to no fresh fries I don’t know if the grease is old or what but it’s like I order a large fry and get a total of 10 fries! I don’t know like you guys have to do better

  Came a few minutes ago to Grab food after hours at the hospital they had me waiting 15 mins or more i thought everything would come fresh to my surprise it was old fries not even hot or With salt missing two chicken sandwiches and no apple pies mind you they doubled checked they had apple pies to not even get them is crazy. It was nothing but young kids hiding from the drive through window which is why i thought short staff and getting fresh food. Once the girl with the red hair finally acknowledged me after i sat there for over 15 min while she wiped and sprayed the counter she handed me food that i didn’t even see her grab the drinks for so im Assuming an old order because i saw her grabbing the drinks for the recent cars that just pulled in.

  Idk the guy that was working the drive thru on 3/8/26 at 11:20pm but he was super sweet even though they weren’t serving any ice cream menu items. He was kind to go above and beyond for other menu adjacent items to make such as smoothies, etc. overall kind guy, would come to this location again.
