  Every time I order for delivery they always miss something. This time my son ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal but only received 1 cheeseburger. We don’t didn’t get the bbq sauce for nuggets or straws for our drinks, but what they did get was my money.. got to do better!!

  Rude, Lazy, Unprofessional staff. Three times days apart I was waiting for my mobile order inside. Just there sitting. Like 30 minutes pass by, nothing. I go up to the counter “excuse me” trying to get some help and they will literally mean mug you and walk away…. like hello? Who y’all feeling like? I can literally see my order SITTING THERE BEHIND THE COUNTER! and they never called my name or number THREE TIMES. Other people also trying to get help NOTHING! Also my mom is older generation and she doesn’t know how to use most modern technology. A couple times she went in with her grandchildren and she was treated HORRIBLY because she wanted to order normally on the counter instead of the kiosk. I understand life can be hard but that’s not excuse to act that nasty especially at work. Hire some decently kind people! Oh also there was a groups of teens smoking weed inside. Staff looked at them and did nothing. So if you have kids i don’t recommend dining in.

  This morning I had an issue with one of the employees. I made an order and I was waiting for more than 20 min. When I go asked them, they canceled my order. I called the manager (all I can say is that the manager is woman, she didn't want to give me her name) called me stupid. That's the type of customer service we deserve? All I wanted to know why my order got canceled. She gave me many different excuses and then she called me stupid for no reason.

  (1-Star) "DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION – DANGEROUS ABUSE OF POWER" I had a disgusting experience at this location today at 12:20 AM. Date 03/10/2026 The female Shift Manager no duty is a massive liability. While the drive-thru line was backed up and cars were honking in frustration, she was busy laughing and socializing with her friends, completely ignoring customers. When I asked for a simple drink modification, she was immediately hostile. She slammed cold, inedible food on the counter and then threatened to call the police just to avoid giving a refund for the cold food. Using the police as a tool for customer intimidation is a criminal abuse of power. She then mockingly told me to "go ahead and report" her while she made me wait an intentional 10 minutes for a refund she could have given instantly. Management needs to review the security footage and drive-thru data from 12:20 AM today. This person shouldn't be in customer service; she’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. I am reporting this to Corporate.
