  The food looks good, it tasted okay. We waited a long time to get service. They didnt have any of the drinks we asked for on the menu. We were charged for tap water. Took a while for food and drinks which was tap and a mojito. My daughter's silverware was dirty right out the wrap had to ask for a new set. I was looking forward to eating here it is well advertised, but they didnt get the win for me today. Nice people though.

  I'd give no stars if I could. Worst service I have ever had. Over 10 min to great us. Took 30 min for just the chip appetizer. Food came less than 10 min after our appetizer. Had to have someone get our server multiple times including to check out. She gave us the wrong check. Saw multiple people return food around us.

  A total disaster. I came to celebrate my birthday, and first, I don't like to make this kind of review, but it's so frustrating when you come to celebrate your birthday and wait 35 minutes with a reservation until your husband stands up to ask for a server, only for them to say they didn't know I was there. Later, the food was a fiasco, the server was lost, and I felt like they didn't care about making my day special. I was sad and disappointed. Never again.

  Great looking place, the food was good, BUT BUT BUT THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL. My wife and I were seated and waited about 40 minutes for our waiter. The food and a "BOTTLED" corona which came in a glass, took the same time as our food. Maybe we got unlucky with our waiter but I have never waited so long even at a very busy restaurant.

  I have never experienced such a poor dining experience. We show up to eat and 2 hours later still don’t have our food or any drinks. Kids were starving and cranky. Had to escalate to supervisor who got right on it, but then food was wrong (at that point, we were so hungry, we just decided to eat it) BUT we were charged for add-ons that never came and when we asked for it to be fixed, they removed the add-on but added two burritos to the bill! Nothing was comp’d to show they were sorry and if we didn’t pay attention, we would have paid way more than what we got. Food was good but staff need to be trained to get their act together to know what customer service looks like (or really.. just any service).
