  Pizza was good. Server was absolutely terrible, not to mention she charged us, a party of 4, a “large party 20% gratuity” and didn’t tell anyone so she capitalized on that and the tip I left her. Meals all came out separate in the span of 20-25 between the first and last meal so no one got to eat together. Never saw the waitress to fill up drinks. Just completely unhappy with the service.

  I’m honestly quite disappointed. After hearing so many great recommendations, this was unfortunately one of the most frustrating dining experiences we’ve had. ​The service felt incredibly rushed yet disorganized. We felt pressured to order the moment we sat down, and the delivery of our plates and cutlery felt very dismissive. The timing of the meal was also quite poor; our drinks and sides didn’t arrive until after we had finished our main courses, and the beer we ordered was flat. Most notably, two of our main dishes didn't arrive until everyone else at the table had already finished eating. ​The most confusing part was that the restaurant was nearly empty, so there didn't seem to be a reason for such a breakdown in service. When we politely raised these concerns, the staff seemed indifferent. Ultimately, because the pizza arrived so late, we had to take it to go. It’s a shame, as we really wanted to enjoy our evening there.

  As a born and raised Chicagoan, I can't tell you how much having this (and Portillo's across the street) has helped ease my transition to the Orlando area. The pizza is EXACTLY like back home. One point deducted for the renovation that's been ongoing for a couple years now (perhaps a subtle nod to I-290?), but the staff is friendly and it always scratches that Chicago deep dish itch.

  This place is absolutely horrible.... It was myself and 4 other people including two kids ... The Pizza was not cooked fully very doughy Just about everything tasted bland no seasoning took forever to get my food and I found a blonde hair in my salad the best part of the meal was my Pepsi..... And as we're leaving we passed the dumpsters and find two employees smoking marijuana we saw them walk right into the restaurant from the back with a red apron on... This place is overrated and honestly everything tastes Frozen 0 out of 10 don't go you're better off going to food truck heaven

  Came here because I was getting hungry and initially had a taste for pizza, but changed my mind to the meatball and fries. Yea this meatball sandwich with the bread is Good good. Chris was my waiter and took care of my order. He was prompt and courteous and helped me making my option cause at the time I wasn't sure. This place is pretty big and has a lot to offer. You got Italian food plus beer on tap, & wine options. I had beer waiting for me at my hotel as this is my last night in FL. Got to go back to work sooner or later. Lol The meatball came out fresh along with the fries and the price was fair at $17 or so. It was worth it to me cause now I'm full. Location is great as it's right off of 192. Plenty of parking and the decor on the inside matches the vibes of the establishment. I only waited about 8 or so minutes and took my order to go. This place gives off cool vibes, and plenty of TV to watch some sports. This place has plenty if seating and nice window views. I was throughly impressed by how clean the bathroom was. Being an OTR Trucker I pay close attention to lighting and bathroom setups as some of these truck stops I visit could be better. This place the bathroom when I went in there was pristine in my opinion. Great place, cool vibes!!! Stop in and check them out if you're in the area.
