  Worst service I have ever had, wish I could give zero stars. The store was empty and not a single employee out of 4 wanted to acknowledge me in the front. I waited longer than 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me so I could pay my order from the ziosk with cash. As more customers are ordering on the machines my order was not in queue because I had not paid my cash due to being ignored by the employees working right in front of my face. I tried to get their attention multiple times very politely. I tried to get manager’s attention as well. I finally pay and to top it off a lady returned her food cause it was wrong after taking it out of the bag instead of tossing the food a worker then tried to put the already touched food inside of my bag my boyfriend noticed it and had him replace it . 🤦‍♀️

  Hoy 17 de noviembre,he ido a a comer algo y una tipa q trabaja despachando la comida,trata a los clientes como animales,es como si uno fuera a pedirle,al mánager q le dé trainner;si no lo veo veo con los clientes.

  Dios santos el servicio es horrible no saben lo que están haciendo ni lo que uno ordena ! No saben contestarle a los clientes te entregan mal toda la comida y se molestan para colmo ! Necesitan realmente clases de costumer service ! Empezando por la manager

  Not even once that I've come to this Wendy's I have received a good customer treatment. I've been here like 6 different time and the employees always have an attitude or problem. This time they didn't even check my order right, missing my fries and when I asked for them a lady that shaves the back of her head, gave it to me with a face and an attitude like it was my fault or problem they mess a simple order.
