  Staff is very rude, slow and unprofessional! They wouldn’t give me a managers name and the big Spanish girl was extremely rude and almost made me feel unsafe and I felt like I needed to call the cops!

  Theres always an issue with something when i go to this location. Always! I can think of only a few times my order was correct. In Sept i had a bad experience with the late night manager who was racists & unprofessional& extremely rude & incompetent. She refuse to handle a paid customers issue who recieved the wrong order 3 different times to never getting my correct order or any food before she closed the drive thru window on me it was after hours for the dinning room to be open so the doors were locked up she took my money refuse to give me my correct order refuse to even listen or hear me out on how i recieved the wrong order 3 different times she said a racial slur shut the drive thru doors & wouldnt come back to the window at all! So basically she robbed me cause i paid & never recieved my order when i had to return the wrong order 3 different times prior. I had to go home no food to eat. The next day i returned to speak to this manager but she wasnt there so i came back in later afternoon & she still wasnt there so i had my reciept & the manager on that shift did correct my order & gave me my food, almost 24 hours later! Honestly i should have been refunded & compendated with the corre t order st the least! I hope the racist manager lost her job. I havent seen her there since. I just wanna say tho, The staff working during all of this was very kind & acted more professional than that racist manager. I cant believe Wendys gave this woman a management position or even a job! I havent let that bad experience keep me from returning to this location but for real almost everytime i do go to this location its always something or some issue . At least the employees there are always nice & professional & food is almost always fresh & good & the dinning room is always kept clean & the restrooms are kept clean has clean appearance all together. The drive thru speaker screamd at you i always have to plug my ears so i hope they adjust that problem. You can hear it on the othwr side of the building! Plug ur ears! Its not the worst wendys but it could be the best with a few adjustments.
