This Time today I ordered and they messed up my order and the sprite I had with my meal taste old I called the store to complain and a guy had answered and then hung up on me so I called again this time a female answered which was the manager I told her what I ordered then she said hold on she put me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes she then comes back to the phone and hangs up the phone the service here is not professional I would call corporate and complain about there services

Parked on the side like they asked us, walked up INTO VEHICLE TRAFFIC several times to get their lame excuses. Ok, the chicken takes 7 minutes to cook. So why did it take over 20 minutes for the food to come out wrong? If they ask you to park to a side, don't. Stay at the window until they get your food done and done rigt or make sure your life insurance is in good order since you'll be walking up to the window cause they won't answer at the locked door. If I wanted to deal with clowns, I would have gone to McDonald's.
