I just went through the line at 9:30 the person at the window wearing a brown puffy jacket was very rude and just over all miserable and you could tell it was flowing into his work very clearly. So I called to speak with a manger and the whole time she does not care could care less the whole time tell me mhm and whatever and then proceed to hung up as I’m in the middle of talking and take the phone off the hook so nobody could call. I finally get someone to answer and are hit with a what do you want? I said I would like to speak with the manger please and then was told that the manager I just spoke too no longer speaks any English and I said that’s absolutely okay I can speak Spanish too and got hung up on. Wow Wendy’s just wow sounds like you have a great team running this store! 👍
