  The food was cold. Very annoying after the fact that I spent 13$ on a meal and the least they could’ve done was give me hot food. Seems like every time I come to this location the food is not fresh. Only time I got hot food was in the morning for breakfast. 2/22/2026

  First off placed an order at the drive thru with Siri or Alexa not sure exactly couldn’t understand me got the order wrong and I tried correcting and then the AI drive thru said we don’t carry what I asked for a # 2 large with chocolate cold brew it kept ringing up chocolate frosty when I went to the window to correct it the cashier said I didn’t order anything and to go back in line and order again. This place is ridiculous and the staff are incompetent can’t even take my order. SMH

  This location has declined in food quality recently, mainly because the employees spend too much time on their phones, which affects both service and accuracy. Customer service is not what it used to be, and orders are often mixed up or incorrect. I would appreciate it if management could take action to address these issues, as this is a place I genuinely enjoy eating at. I am open to modifying this review once I see that corrective actions have been taken. Thank you.

  We got a spicy chicken burger which was very tasty and the food was hot which is always a plus for me.

  Old, dried out food that has the nerve to be overpriced. To make matters worse, they don't answer the phone for you to let them know that food you just paid for is inedible. Never again
