  Have been coming here for years, and decided to give it one more chance but in the last couple of years quality has gone down so much. There was only one customer in store and my pickup order wasn’t ready, waited 10 plus past pickup time so like 30 minutes for a mobile pickup. When I came in, the employee in the smoothie station wasn’t doing their job and my order receipt was just sitting there. When I finally receive my food, the wrap was made incorrectly and as I’m about to take my last few bites I find a big piece of some kind of wrapping paper in my chicken wrap. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

  Food and smoothie were really good. This tropical smoothie is smaller than many I’ve been to but the service was good and the staff were friendly.

  The best Tropical Smoothie cafe hands down. The Smoothie, food, and service was great. Thank you Farah for always being so kind and welcoming. My family and I enjoy coming here every week.

  the manager was so rude to the worker helping me i just wanted to point this out. i have never seen such unprofessional skills from upper management. on top of that, the store was full of customers, many waiting to sit and eat their food, but the manager has a laptop, phone, and notebook sprawled on one of the five tables for customers to eat. she took over for the nice working taking my order, and didn't even say that is what she was doing. she just stood there waiting for me to speak. i am confused, but the food and smoothie was good. just not the manager

  Every time I order from this location, the service has been consistently disappointing. The front-counter staff often come across as disengaged and unfriendly, as if assisting customers is an inconvenience. During my most recent visit, the in-store ordering machine wasn’t working and I was told to place my order online instead. When I asked the clerk about a current promotion, he said he didn’t know and made no effort to check with a manager or offer help. Customer service should include basic courtesy and a willingness to assist, even when systems are down. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.
