I got it , and I could see it was missing the Nutella , told them they went and added it . I thankfully opened it in the car - the strawberries were completely rotten . Not one but ALL . Discolored & soft - I tasted it to make sure and it was completely disgusting. Walked back to show them - no "hey sorry" . Just asked me "do you want us to do it again?" I said well I don't want to wait another 35 mins , can I just get a refund ? He said no we dont have a manager here .... I was confused as to why ask me if he wanted me to redo it? If that was the only option - they would need to redo it. Got the new one a few minutes later . Same bowl , at this point it was completely melted . The new fruit was not fresh either , the pineapple wasn't eatable . And the bowl was at this point juice . Never going here again . For the price I paid & the time I wasted this experience was unacceptable.

I ordered a CHEESE quesadilla for my son, only for them to slap CHICKEN on there when it’s no where an ingredient for this food item. This is not the first time this has happened. I have previously ordered multiple food items and subbed any non-veg ingredients for their plant based option and they can’t seem to ever get it right. The first couple of times I let it go, thinking it was just an honest mistake. I once opened up my wrap to verify it was correctly made only to find chicken. I went back inside the store and complained to the manager at the time. Only for her to abruptly respond with a rude tone saying she’ll remake it and not even bother apologizing. Even after that, I still put those issues aside and strictly ordered things off their menu this last time that I thought even a careless person wouldn’t mess this up. But yet again they’ve FAILED I DO NOT want a refund, free meal/gift card, all I want is for management to take ACCOUNTABILITY and better TRAIN their NEGLIGENT staff!
