- CNCristhian Nino3 days ago1.0Terrible experience picking up an online order. I arrived for my drive-thru pickup, but no one ever answered the speaker box or the drive-thru window. When I went inside, I saw why: there was only one person actually working in the kitchen, while two other employees were outside. I tried to be polite and understanding of the fact that she was the only one working inside, but right off the bat, she was completely rude to me. Being short-staffed is one thing, but having an attitude with a customer who is trying to be patient is another. I would have appreciated a simple apology or just being acknowledged when I walked in.

I will say that the Taco Bell closest to me, I have to skip because the last couple of times we went in the food dripped with grease. That being said, I'll drive out of my way for my guilty pleasure.
