Whether ordering from the app or ordering from the drive-thru, if you order more than 2 meals, chances are high that something will be missing or wrong. The workers here seem to get confused with larger or custom requests. I don't know if they don't know how to read or just don't give a crap. I suggest if you order more than 2 meals, to make them in separate orders to at least increase your chances of them getting your order right, but it's always a dice roll.
