The associates are careless, unfriendly, and show no interest in helping customers. Even if you are standing there waiting, they continue with their own tasks as if assisting you were an inconvenience. Being in a hospital, where many of us are under stress and have limited time to eat, the least one expects is respectful and humane service. Unfortunately, this location does not provide that. I truly hope they improve their customer service, because the environment and the people who come here deserve much better.
