What’s the point of having a phone number if nobody ever picks up when there’s an issue? If you can’t even answer the phone, you shouldn’t be taking orders you clearly can’t fulfill correctly. Because of this mistake, I literally didn’t get to eat dinner. I had to give my sub to my little sister and go without. That’s beyond frustrating and shouldn’t happen over a simple food order. This location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy, customer service, or accountability. If you’re hungry and actually expect to receive what you paid for — do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Completely unacceptable.
