  Where do I begin ? This was my first time coming to River Street Sweets as I’m from Virginia. Natasha, Lesley and Pedro really set the standard for customer service here! They were absolutely amazing. Everyone was extremely patient, personable, and very knowledgeable about all of the sweets sold here. I was able to take my time and sample ice cream I was interested in buying. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! :) Thank you again for all of your help, you have all really made my experience here one to remember. I will be back soon.

  Bought a delicious white chocolate peanut butter cup! Also got to try delicious samples and received wonderful hospitality from Natasha:)) will definitely be returning soon!!

  This review is not meant to discourage anyone from visiting this shop — their ice cream and chocolates are truly delicious. However, I’m writing this to let the owner know that the staff are not doing their job properly. We visited River Street Sweets last night around 9:35 p.m. with friends. The store hours said it closed at 10:00 p.m., so we thought we had plenty of time. While one lady was kindly helping us, another employee started putting away all the ice cream in a hurry. There was a couple behind us waiting to order too. When we asked what time they closed, they said 10:00 p.m., but despite that, most of the ice cream flavors were already being removed. The couple behind us got upset and left because their favorite flavor had been taken away. We politely asked who the manager was, and the woman putting away the ice cream said it was her. We explained that her behavior was unprofessional and that she was losing sales for the business. Unfortunately, she responded rudely and without any respect toward customers. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to have staff who truly care about your business. That night, at least six sales were lost — and just a few minutes later, a group of young girls came in but were told the shop was closed, even though it was still before 10 p.m. To the owner: you have a wonderful location and great products, but your business deserves better management. This kind of attitude not only disappoints customers but also affects how tourists see your shop and the entire area.

  I stopped in a while down in Margaritaville for my Epique Realty Leadership Retreat and wow, what a sweet treat!! Not only was the milkshake amazing, and the truffles absolutely delicious, but Natasha was such a sweetheart and was super patient as I slowly decided what all sugary goodness I needed to enjoy that day. Will definitely be back!! 😋
