Got charged for 4 extra rice and over charged for the 2 piece meal. Brought it to the managers attention but he wouldn’t do anything about it. Very disappointed with the managers attitude. I had my special needs nephew with me brought him here for lunch if it wasn’t for him I would’ve got my money back and left. Very dissatisfied!! Since I posted I called customer service number and was given the runaround for about one half hour telling me that the price was correct but it’s not correct not the price that was posted and charging me for individual items that was not on my receipt. Trying to explain why that was incorrect I kept getting interrupted to be told it was correct and that I wasn’t charged extra I have my receipt in black and white. Very poor customer service . I have been a customer for many years but not anymore.
