Because I went in with an attitude, but it wasn’t their fault. I was ordering from a picture, not by the name, So it was really my fault, I realize you have to think before you react and that was my experience today. I thank the manager and the system manager for helping me out today and I will think before I react. Thank you so much you guys are amazing we need more people like you guys.

The pork sandwich was basically just bread, with barely any pork inside. Portions were so small they looked like kids’ meals. The presentation was awful, and to make it worse, everything was served on cheap foam plates—honestly, it doesn’t get worse than that. I will never come back here, nor will I visit any other Pollo Tropical location again.
