  Karla and Luz work incredibly well together and truly complement one another. Their customer service is top tier professional, attentive, and genuinely understanding. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels heard and taken care of. It’s always a great experience when they’re there!

  Great value! Two huge chicken breast 1.5 cups black beans, 2 cups of yellow spanish rice, sweet plantains $11! All the way chicken Tropichop 1 chopped chicken breast black beans rice galore, pepper onion garnish $9.50! Guys it's a must!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great food and even better service! Every visit to Pollo Tropical is consistently amazing — the food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just right. A special shoutout to Brendon, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed. Customer service like that makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this location — we’ll definitely be back!

  This is hands down my favorite Pollo Tropical location! The food is always fresh and flavorful, especially the bowls they’re so good and always made perfectly. I seriously wish they would make the coconut shrimp a permanent staple on the menu because it’s that good. Also, Brendan is top-tier! He’s always super helpful and makes every visit a great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

  This pollo tropical will always be my favorite. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, and the service was even better. Arianna (one of the employees) really stood out because she was incredibly quick, efficient, and professional while still being friendly. She kept everything moving smoothly and made the whole experience stress-free. Employees like her make a big difference, and I’ll definitely be returning AGAIN.
