  Date of order: 02/12 3:20pm How unfortunate. Food was good. Except for this: I paid $14.49 for my online pickup order. $8.49 for 1/4 chicken platter and $4.99 for the Indv. Plantains. I received half my order. Missing $4.99 worth of plantains. One could say, I should have checked my order before leaving, however no customer should have to if the company is honest and the employees can do what they are hired for. On the other hand, customer service was poor. No greeting and an attitude from one of the employees. I have been in the restaurant industry for 9 years. There should be no reason an employee treats their guest with disrespect. One of your employees practically tossed my order in front of me and gave me rude look. I won't be coming back to any of the stores. You just made a bad name for the rest of your chain.

  I was at the drive thru and i accidentally ordered the wrong thing. The young man at the window Andres was very professional even when I was confused and told him my order was wrong. Eventually I went inside to apologize with getting my own order wrong. But I would like to say he was very professional and kind he worked on my order and gave me a fresh order. His attitude and demeanor should definitely be acknowledged.

  Pollo de usd 20 viene servido con frejol y arroz blanco muy sabroso todo, yo le pondría un poquito mas de sal, también extrañe los platanos
