    I've ordered twice now from there and I can honestly say there won't be a third time. Both times the members of my household and myself have gotten sick. I see some one else posted they got sick as well. I think this store needs to be investigated.

    On November 1, I ordered a pizza from Papa John's in Poinciana. After a few hours I started feeling very sick., nauseous felt like I had fever, Stomach pains feeling like I have to throw up my Goddaughter still with me for an hour and a half so I felt a little better. I waited to go to the clinic I went to the clinic. The doctor said that it looked like I had food poisoning. I have medicine as of yet I still do not feel well. I might have to go back to the doctor

    Ordered through papa johns app expecting a papa johns delivery. Instead my order was given to doordash and they were clearly unprepared to handle hot food as mine came cold. Lazy. Inexperienced. Disappointing.

    Food was great because its papa johns but the afternoon crew that was in there on Tuesday oct, 21 2025 was horrible they got my order wrong and then act like they didnt want to fix it, even though I paid for it already then when they made it it was thrown in the box like they had an attitude then i asked for extra peppers n they only gave me one they all should be fired

    Pizza was thrown together, looked like someone literally threw some cheese and a few sausage on some bread. Wings ordered to be well done, they were not, they were wet and soggy like they been sitting awhile
