- TETyler Eiendk2 days ago5.0My name is Angela and I'm writing this review in regards to IESHA store #913.I live in Orlando and I go to Kissimmee Occasionally.I been going to this place a couple of years.I had stop going for a while because of poor service.Now I came back about 3 months ago or more because of the excellent service from IESHA.She is very professional and caring .She is an Asset to Papa Johns.She makes sure that everyone walks out this shop happy.I feel she deserves and has earned this review.I will always go there now that she is present.She actually should get awarded from Papa Johns for her excellent service to the community.

Customer service was excellent — they were polite, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice to go somewhere where the team actually cares about the customers. - APAndra PickensJan 23, 20261.0I really do ratings. But I have to do this one. I bought a medium pizza from there the other day. It was the worst Pizza I have bought from any of the pizza places. It had hardly any tomato sauce on it the toppings were so scarce on it it was unbelievable. It was somewhat dry and not very tasty. I ate half of it and saved part of it to eat another day and then I thought about it and I just threw the rest of it in the trash . I normally go to Pizza Hut but I tried Papa John's and I will never go back there again

This is the first time I've ever heard this. This goes against the promotion. It's not the customers fault if staff is not well organized.
