  Horrible experience on March 18, 2026. Celebrated a small Birthday dinner with group of 4. Placed an order and food took what seemed like 45 min. Two burgers were not cooked to order. One Alice Spring Chicken arrived WAY overdone with burned bacon. The last entree a steak was also not cooked to order but was accepted. Three of the four meals were returned. The burgers were replaced and the new Alice chicken had the wrong toppings. This is the 3 negative experience at this establishment. After a couple hour dining experience, we didn't even tell anyone this was a Birthday dinner. We will find another place for dining.

  This Outback location is by far my favorite! The people are so nice here’ I always sit at the bar and I promise you every time I sit at this bar I am a pleased customer! From interaction to menu knowledge these bartenders here along with the cooks and the servers and the mangers and the bussers as well as boh dish washers the food presentation is very nice too on average I spend 30$ on my lunch or dinner Excellent! Clean silverware no spots Clean plates and cups Again please know that I love coming here and will remain coming here’ Thank you for all you guys do keep up the good work

  We visited this Outback once a week, with my husband and 2 kids. I even created an Outback dinner at my home for my 8th anniversary, that’s how much I loved it. But yesterday that love came to an end. We had to remind them to bring our drinks, that’s how long we waited. Our salads came out and my husband ordered his favorite potato soup. The waiter told him the soup will come out shortly it’s being FRESHLY made. The soup came out 10mins later and my husband had the biggest poop face I have ever seen in my life :( once he took his first bite. The soup was so fresh it was just taken out of the bag from the fridge. From there on, I asked for my food to go, I was ready to walk out but my kids wanted to dine in. Their food arrived, my kids ate but my husband did not want to eat. Thinking about the movie Waiters, the waiter brought us our cheese cakes to go with no sauce. And I thought ok this can’t get any worse, but it did. The lights went out twice, and throughout all that disappointment we still gave the waiter $20 tip. Once we got home, I sat down to eat my steak and mac thinking to myself this could not be the Outback I know. But once I took a few bites of my food I couldn’t eat anymore. It was like they put all the spice they had in the back just because we were unsatisfied at the restaurant. I spent the whole night in the bathroom. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!   The waiter was fantastic. Not sure what is going on but the food wasn’t the same. It seemed the place was short staff. The manager seems to think they weren’t short staffed. I asked for medium well and my steak was well done and dry. The baked potato was dry. Can we bring back the Christmas Season staff… it was the best. Today flat out sucked!

  I LOVED IT HERE!!!!!! unfortunately it took 1 hour and a half for out food and they forgot my moms lobster tail at first, but at first I got a croc drink (one of my special interests) and unfortunately they didn’t have my croc :( SO THEY GAVE ME A DUCK!!! then……this kind server found another croc!!! I was so happy!! I loved my food, fries were a little dry, tenders were juicy and honestly delicious. I loved the Mac too!! Thank you guys :D
